Ko wai mātou? | Who are we?

We are a small whānau (family) run pakihi Māori (Māori business), who see an opportunity to help make lasting memories from your precious moments for you.

We do include the use of te Reo Māori (the Māori language) as much as possible in our mahi (work) and look forward to sharing this journey with you all as we embark into a new and unchartered space for us.

We have big dreams and aspirations for where we can go with this mahi and hope to tautoko (support) as many whānau and other pakihi as we can along the way.

What do we do?

At Hākari Events, we offer a range of event related products and services;

• We design unique event collateral to share and promote your event across multiple mediums and channels.
• We have a range of decor hire backdrops, selfie stations and accessories to help make your event even more memorable.
• We create custom signage at a portion of the purchase costs (hireage includes an easel or stand).
• We will style your event with your chosen theme.
• We also provide event planning and management that includes full-service options and virtual online event solutions when restrictions might prevent you from being able to host your event as planned.
